Shortlist it if heated solution is a feature you want and the material's care instructions permit the intended treatment. The name is not evidence of steam cleaning or sanitization, and heat alone does not prove that a stain will disappear. Check the recommended formula and procedure for the exact machine rather than improvising a mixture or assuming any fabric can be wet-cleaned.
3682 Cordless: easier outlet access, but plan the charging cycle
The 3682 uses rechargeable power, and BISSELL says it cannot operate while plugged in. That makes it a candidate for localized stains where reaching an outlet is the main inconvenience. Charging still belongs in the routine, along with filling, extracting, and cleaning the tanks.
The reviewed official page advertises up to 30 minutes under a stated BatteryBoost+ duty-cycle assumption, while its specification table also says up to 35 minutes. We cannot resolve that inconsistency into one guaranteed runtime. These published features make it an option to investigate for repeated localized work where an outlet is available. They do not establish a superior cleaning result against the other three models.
